What settings does IDC list?

14,000 to 18,000 rpm (set to 3 on a Makita trim router), 60 to 80 ipm feed, 20 ipm plunge, 0.1″ plunge depth for rounding and a 6 to 8% stepover.

Will it fit my machine?

If your router or spindle takes a 1/4″ collet, yes. It has a 1/4″ shank and a 1/8″ radius.

How much material do I need to work with?
